To provide a responsive and flexible programme of services for young people with a particular emphasis on the involvement, needs and participation of the young people in Park Barn and Westborough. The Project aims to provide social, recreational and leisure opportunities, which will enhance the welfare and quality of life of the young people attending and support them in developing their skills and participation in society as responsible individuals.
